Return & Refund Policy

At Vosmica, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened skincare products unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@vosmica.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number
- Attach clear images of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect item)
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Approval
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange pickup (if applicable).
- The product must be returned in its original condition with invoice and packaging intact.
- Vosmica reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
4. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer after collecting bank details.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Products returned after the specified return window
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Allergic Reactions / Skin Sensitivity
As individual skin types vary, we recommend performing a patch test before full application. Vosmica is not responsible for reactions caused by individual skin sensitivities.
